Warehouse & Office Refurbishment including Full Strip Out, Structural Extension of Internal Office Space, Roof Replacement, Hard Landscape, Cladding Repairs, New SSE Power Supply, External Spraying of Building Facade, Capital Plant Replacement, PV Installation, EV Installation, CAT A Fit Out of Office Space including new WC’s, Refurbishment of Warehouse Space. The project is targetting a Net Zero Carbon Accreditation. To achieve this, Epiphany employed Temporary PV Installations to power the site set up, along with Eco Cabins and water recycling.
