Warehouse and office refurbishment

Unit 1A, Watchmoor Point

Refurbishment works to the office areas and warehouse and security hut. M&E services upgrades were added, as well as new ceilings, toilets and decoration throughout. Sustainable features include installation of PV panels and an electrical vehicle charging point. Externally the project involves external repairs and redecorations, along with a replacement roof. External landscaping included the creation of a mini golf area for staff wellbeing.
