Cat A fitout to 4 floors and main reception. The floors have a flexible, modern workspace design, with varying size meeting rooms and individual video call rooms. Acoustic improvements have been made using Autex panels and ceiling rafts. A demise split was undertaken on a large floor plate which included services adaptations. Sustainable elements included the remodel of the old main reception desk into a coffee bar in main reception, making way for an updated reception desk installation. BREEAM Excellent on target.
