Cat A + with new reception within occupied building

Design and Build of two floors Cat A+ and two floors Cat A; along with new front of house reception with bespoke joinery detail, whilst the building remained occupied. End of trip facilities were included. Cat A+ floors have full data and power services, exposed services sprayed, autex panelling rafts with re-used SAS ceiling tiles. Desking, furniture and planting, along with kitchen and teapoint fit-outs complete these turnkey ‘ready to let’ floors.
