Cat A+ fitout within Grade II Listed building in the heart of London. WC refurbishments throughout, along with end of trip commuter facilities to the ground floor with showers, lockers and cycle store in the basement. Protection all of all listed features ensures the historical building retains its character. The parquet flooring was taken up, numbered and stored on site to maintain the temperature and ensure that the panels would be able to be laid as original once works undertaken. Old timber pannelling was repurposed to create new bespoke joinery in the WCs. Services upgrades we concealed in joinery to retain the look of the building,
