Internal and external refurbishment of a commercial office building to create 11,500 Sq Ft of modern, engaging workspace, including facade facelift and new glazing. The key to the success of this project has been Epiphany’s early engagement and design of the façade and glazing works as well as the co-ordinaton and phasing of the reception and landscaping works to the front. The project has remained in occupation throughout, so phasing the reception works and maintaining a live reception desk with security systems was essential, requiring regular communication with the building management team.
