M and G 65 Leadenhall Street

Strip out and re-fit to Category A+, part level 3 and all of the lower ground floor. Works included the relocation of mechanical heating and cooling units, provision of new lighting, structured cabling and audio-visual locations. Lower ground floor had all exposed services at high level with level 3 receiving a new suspended ceiling. The 2 spaces were provided with open plan office areas, tea points, and meeting rooms and completed with all new furniture and finishes. Works completed on time, allowing the spaces to be let quickly, minimising down time on M&G’s investment.
